I am falling!!

I have not been on in a while but have kept up on my diet and exercise.  The last coupls of weeks I have been falling off the wagon.  I have not exercised and I may be on plan with what types of food I am eating but not the amount.  I need to come back but my life is crazy right now.  Once the kids get back to school and life slows down I can dedicate myself to getting on here daily like before.  I NEED to join a team the 1st of September but have no idea where to go.  I need help.

    Wow Dawn, 38 pounds lost, that’s quite an accomplishment. You can get back on the wagon, we all have times when life is crazy, but just remember it’s going to be crazy weather you’re wearing a size 8 or a size 18, so might as well go for the 8. Good Luck!

    Hi Dawn! I sent you some info to your email box on who to contact and help you find a team when you are ready. As far as falling off the wagon goes, that happens from time to time. But, just take a good look at that weight graph of yours. It’s going down down down! So don’t stop that. Don’t go backwards by any means. I’m sure it has not all been easy getting to this point so don’t go backwards and then have to do it all over again. Do your best to at least maintain until the kids are back in school. I wish you lots of luck! And you can get back on track! :)

    You’re not off yet. You can straighten this out. Use smaller plates for your food, the mind can play tricks so that your stomach will think it received a large amount of food, drink water before you eat. If you feel really hungry and know you are about to break, have cereal. Plenty of healthy whole grain cereal out there. If your dinner doesn’t fill you up, have some cereal. I enjoy special K Red berries for a no fat low calorie lunch or snack. Just stop what you are doing and figure out where you are messing up. You can pull it together you have come this far don’t stop now.

    You can do it, Dawn! Maybe try to just hold steady until things calm down, then you can hit it hard :)
